This 2015 cycling season was an exceptional one for 6202 Cycling, kicking off with 200+ registered members. We averaged 20 troops for every Saturday ride, slaying the roads through Bear Dance and Larkspur and back north on Hwy. 105 to Tomah Road. Mondays healed the legs with an easy recovery spin. Then the group was back on the accelerator for Hammer Fest on Tuesdays which were a fast paced, up beat, push-till-you-drop or got dropped pace line!

Thursday’s were our Social Ride on Plum Creek Trail and was the perfect setting for our less advances and younger riders in the club.

Our members raced and grand fondo’d all year long. There was routine 6202 participation in events such as Elephant Rock, Copper Triangle, Santa Fe Century Ride, USA Pro Challenge Experience, Dirty Kanza, Tour of the Moon, Colorado & Nebraska Cyclocross races and Championships and Leadville 100 just to name a few! We even found time to flatten Pikes Peak and Mount Evans.

We are excited to see what 2016 will bring.
